Instant messaging counselling offers real-time therapy for individuals who would prefer, for whatever reason, to communicate through the written word. This can be helpful for people who wish to remain more anonymous and who may not wish to be visually seen or their voice heard within the session. Instant Messaging counselling can be a very effective in providing non-judgemental support and guidance for individuals experiencing many different challenges.
The session is the same length as a face to face counselling session (50 mins) and will be carried out through a platform of your choice. For encrypted security I would recommend we use Signal which is free to use and easy to download on your phone.
